Overview
Every year around Christmas time, I begin to design the year’s Christmas village. Over the years my collection of buildings has grown to an amount of 15, so I am able to constantly improve on the overall design of the village. The basis of the village starts with a table of some sort, with foam then built up on it. The insulation foam is carved to the desired shape using a hot wire foam cutter, which allows for very precise shapes. The buildings are then placed in their spots, and accessories are laid around, mimicking the natural assortment of trees and greenery.
